Update

So modified P90x has stopped. Its been replaced by teeball coaching, baseball coaching, and softball games. With a run every other weekend or so. And yard mowing.

STFE is still in full effect. 100 calories at 9:30PM vs. 600 calories has done wonders. I've now seen 199.x for at least 4 of the last 7 days. So its safe to say I'm 200. 5 lbs to go and less than 60 days according to the official Timer.

New Goal Update

So now I'm looking to get to 193. The new goal is to be 195 by the end of May. That's about a lb a week. That gives me June to knock down to 193. I figure I'll be 200 by the end of the beach week so I'm giving myself some room.
