Update - yellow warning

We're in critical mass now. According to the official timer, I have 11 days left. This morning we read out at 199.1. So I've got 4 lbs to go in 11 days. I might need to cut off a leg. Teeball and baseball are over so we now have an 11 day project of dropping lbs.

The plan started yesterday.
- Ab ripper X: M-W-F
- 3x20 Pushups everyday.
- on days of no ab-ripper, go jog(except for Tuesday softball days).
- Seriously, STFE.

I can do it. I know I can. I'm just that good.

Editor's note: And by the way, just saw some old videos and I'm sure it was during my 220 days. Seriously, how did you guys not tell me I looked like that. I was fat ass personified.
